How to play Uno (quick guide)

  • Deal 7 cards to each player; flip the top of the draw pile to start the discard.
  • On your turn, play a card that matches color or number; otherwise draw one card.
  • Use action cards: Skip (next player misses), Reverse (order flips), Draw Two (+2 to next), Wild (choose color), Wild Draw Four (choose color; next draws 4).
  • When you have one card, you must say “Uno!” before the next player begins.
  • First to shed all cards wins the round; tally points from opponents’ hands if you’re scoring.
